Police Regional Office Cordillera Web-based Crime Mapping allows the public to gain access to the recent crime data in the Cordillera Region. Citizens can view recent crimes using the map including basic information of a certain incident. 

The Personnel Engagement Survey serves as a feedback mechanism for the top management of PRO Cordillera to be able to effectively address concerns and issues that affect the performance of both Uniformed and Non-Uniformed Personnel.

The Web Based Online Community Engagement Survey serves as a feedback mechanism. Your participation is critical, as the findings will provide basis in developing plans and programs to improve police services in the Cordillera Region.


PROCOR CAMP BADO DANGWA: PRO-COR continues to gain headway in its campaign against loose firearms and illegal logging with the full cooperation and support of the local officials and the community. 

“We should be vigilant and pro-active in our campaign against all illegal activities to lessen threat to the peace and order situation in the region,’ PCSUPT Elmo Francis Oco Sarona, PROCOR Regional Director once said in his guidance.  

A farmer was arrested for illegal possession of firearm after he allegedly fired his gun near a wake at Sa-ngal, Bashoy, Kabayan, Benguet in the morning of March 13, 2017. Through tipped information from a concerned citizen, suspect Walter Pasigon Tagure, 36, native and a resident of Sayokong, Adaoay, Kabayan, Benguet fired his gun that led to his arrest by the responding personnel of Kabayan MPS. The suspect while in the custody of the police also uttered words threatening the members of Kabayan MPS. 

Recovered from his possession was a Cal.45 pistol, two empty Cal.45 Magazine, one black hip holster and one brown leather magazine pouch. It can be recalled that Tagure has served his sentence at New Bilibid Prison for the same offence in 2006 to 2008. 

PROCOR CAMP BADO DANGWA: In the hinterland of the municipality of Malibcong, the Malibcong Municipal Police Station (MPS) was attacked by members of the New People's Army sparking a 10-minute exchange of fire at 7:30 PM Sunday, March 12, 2017. 

The police station of Malibcong MPS is an abandoned house of Municipal Mayor Bacuyag which was used as a temporary base of Malibcong MPS was quickly attacked by armed men of more or less 30 members of NPAs under KLG North Abra led by A.K.A. Payas.  

During the firefight with the enemies, the village elders and the community intervened and begged to the policemen for a ceasefire to avoid crossfire and collateral damage from the populace. However, the rebels took advantage of the outnumbered policemen on duty and they were able to cart away their firearms including the firearms of personnel who are on off duty. Inventory shows that 7 long firearms, 3 short firearms, assorted ammunitions and assorted personal and office gadgets were taken by the rebels. No policeman was hurt during the incident. 

Immediately, the AFP/PNP troops conducted joint pursuit operations and mobilized all detachments and patrol base. Checkpoints and blocking force were also conducted in the boundary of Lacub and Malibcong, Abra. Likewise, continuous investigation and intensified information gathering is on-going to determine the identities of the assailants for their possible arrest and neutralization.  

PROCOR CAMP BADO DANGWA: Under the reinvigorated Project Double Barrel Reloaded of the PNP, 9 drug suspects were successively arrested in a series of buy bust operations and other police operation over the weekend.  

In a buy-bust operation, five drug dealers were separately arrested by the members of the joint operatives of DEU, CIU, Station 4, 5 and 10, BCPO and members of PDEA-CAR.  

Two drug dealers identified as Kenneth Concepcion Salinas, 24, driver and Kevin Concepcion Salinas, 22, student, both residents of Proper Atab, Santo Tomas, Marcos Highway, Baguio City were arrested along Fort Del Pilar Road, Baguio City in the afternoon of March 11, 2017. Seized from their possessions were two pieces of heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected “Shabu”; color blue Nokia cellular; buy-bust money amounting to Php500.00 and assorted drug paraphernalia. 

The following morning, another two drug traders identified as Allan Razon Quiṅones, 38, dispatcher and Michelle Sevilla Magdaraog, 39, housekeeper, native of Binondo, Maynila, both residents of Queen of Peace, Baguio City were also arrested at TG Home Enterprises, Transient House, Bakakeng Central, Baguio City. Seized from their possessions were 14 pieces of heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected “Shabu” weighing 12.51 grams with an estimated dangerous drug board value of Php75,060.00; Buy bust money amounting to Php2,000.00;

PROCOR, CAMP BADO DANGWA: Police Regional Office Cordillera arrested yesterday a drug trader and three log transporter in a separate police operation.

In a buy-bust operation, personnel of Intelligence, Regional, Provincial and Municipal Anti- Illegal Drug Special Operations Task Group and members of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) arrested a vegetable porter in his boarding house at Km. 5, Pico, La Trinidad, Benguet in the morning of March 9, 2017.

Suspect identified as Mark John Curameng Riquizo aka John John , 22, sold suspected shabu to one of the members of the operatives who acted as a poseur/buyer that led to his arrest. As a result, suspected shabu and buy bust money worth Php500.00 were confiscated from his possession.

In another operation, through tipped information, three log transporters were instantly arrested after they were flagged down at Hilltop, Bulo, Tabuk City, Kalinga in the night of March 9, 2017.

PROCOR, CAMP BADO DANGWA: The Police Regional Office Cordillera (PRO-COR) bared its ten days accomplishment, with the arrest of exactly 60 wanted persons for various criminal offenses, topping them is the Cordillera’s two Top Most Wanted Persons (TMWP) for the for 1st Quarter of Calendar Year 2016.

Regional Director Police Chief Superintendent Elmo Francis Oco Sarona said that during several operations conducted, operatives were able to finally capture the 20 most wanted persons and 40 other wanted persons covered by warrant of arrest.

Topping is the arrest of the No. 8 TMWP charged for the crime of Robbery with Homicide identified as Robert Tayawa Y Gunnawa, 31, a resident of Limos, Pinukpuk, Kalinga who was nabbed at P-5, Bulanao, Tabuk City in the afternoon of March 8, 2017. He was also listed as the Apayao’s No. 10 TMWP for the 1st Quarter of CY 2017 charged with the same offense.
