A. OBJECTIVES

  1. To provide immediate call support assistance to all units/offices of PROCOR including the PPOs and BCPO for IT-related queries and concerns;
  2. To create a positive impact in providing prompt and quality assistance; and
  3. To support one of the perspectives of the PATROL PLAN 2030 particularly on the optimization of logistical resources. 

B. CONCEPT OF THE PLAN

  • RITMO Helpdesk shall provide prompt call support assistance to IT-related queries/concerns.

C. COVERAGE

  1. The RITMO Helpdesk covers all units/offices of PROCOR including the PPOs and BCPO.
  2. RITMO Helpdesk supports the following Frequently Asked Problems (FAP).

 D. OFFICE COMPUTER REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE

  1. PC Black-out
  2. Disk Boot Failure
  3. No Display
  4. Flickering/Blurred Display
  5. Network connection
  6. Loose Power Port
  7. Blue Screen (BSOD)
  8. System Hang
  9. VIRUS/Spyware/Malware Infections

F. NETWORKING

  1. Can not access the internet
  2. Can not connect to network printer
  3. Configuration of network printer
