1. Invalid Log-in..

answer: If you have already received the PNP DPRM e-mail containing your username and password but failed to log in.. You should click the activation link inside the said e-mail to activate your log in details.. if youve already done the above and still failed to log in.. please email us your email address with your fullname at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (we will consolidate the emails this weekend and on tuesday April 11, 2017 and you will be asked to register again)

2. Name already exist or e-mail already exist..

3. "This site cant be reached"

answer: poor internet connection (your side)

4. Wrong input by the applicant whether Name, birthday or e-mail address..

5. Didnt receive the PNP DPRM email?

6. All fields and requirements are submitted and attached but nothing appear in RAF..

7. How are you to know if your application were submitted and saved?

answer: when you click the save after you click the submit button (please dont click multiple times) wait around more than a minute to save.. a pop up (color black) at the upper right side of the screen will prompt you that your application has been successfully saved.
