Acceptance of Application Folders for PO1 Recruitment CY 2014
Please be informed that this PRO is now accepting application folders for Police Officer One (PO1) for the first semester CY 2014 PO1 Recruitment Program. Acceptance and evaluation of applicants' folders will be done at the city/municipal level starting February 27, 2014. Whereas, the quota allocated for this PRO and the deadline of submission will be announced later upon determination by the DPRM. Further, posted here at (can be downloaded) are the minimum qualification standards and the list of documentary requirements to be accomplished by the applicant. DPWH Employee nabbed for shooting
CAMP BADO DANGWA, La Trinidad, Benguet January 23 – A 33-year old employee of the Department of Public Works and Highways – Abra Engineering District (DPWH-AED) was arrested by law enforcers after he reportedly shot two individuals during a drinking session inside the MS Disco Bar located at Barangay Zone 5, Bangued, Abra at around 10:30 PM on Jan. 22.

Cordillera police destroy 7,750 fully grown marijuana; seize 15K worth of lumber
Camp Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet: The unrelenting effort of the Police Regional Office of Cordillera to stamp out illegal drugs and illegal logging in the region has resulted in the destruction of 7,750 fully grown marijuana plants and the seizure of some Php 15,406.40 worth of illegal lumber in the region.
